I worked with Christine to both buy and sell a house after she had been recommended to me by another agent in a different city. This process has never moved as quickly as it did this time with deadlines and multiple offers but despite this, I never felt stressed as Christine was always right on top of things and helped me make quick decisions. I believe she went above and beyond by not only helping me to stage my old home including loaning me a couple of her own things, but she was also right there to arrange cleaners when I got into the new house that was left in a mess including a fridge full of food that was not emptied.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christine while purchasing our first home. One thing that I can say with absolute certainty is that she is patient and not pushy at all. I believe we first connected with her about two years before we actually bought a house. After the first meeting where we were gathering information she would touch base but it never felt like we were being pushed into anything. Eventually when we felt ready to make the move she was there with us every step of the way. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, I like to have a strong understanding of the process, she answered them with ease and confidence. Her comfort with the process was incredibly reassuring while navigating this first purchase. She also made a wonderful recommendation for a home inspector. We were extremely happy with Christine’s services. She conducted herself very professionally at all levels while working with us. She is also very dedicated and committed to her work and word. She found us tenants for two of our brand new condo units within a couple of weeks so they were both occupied right on the occupancy dates. One of our tenants had to move out after a few short months and once again Christine found a new tenant very quickly that was able to move in right after the first one moved out so there was no loss to us in rental income. She didn’t even charge us her part of the commission since the first tenant didn’t stay in the condo for a full term of the lease. Christine also went above and beyond her duties as an agent and helped out the young Russian International student with the set up of his electricity account and treated him as a friend since he has no family in Canada. She also took the time to explain to him the different banking options that he had in paying the rent since this is all foreign to him. Christine knows the business. Right from the beginning, she was thorough with everything and what she didn't know or wanted an experts opinion, she found out. She didn't miss a beat. I felt comfortable with her and did not feel at any time that I needed to be on guard or afraid that I would be misrepresented. Christine did the homework, listed my home based on comparisons and research, reassured me all the time that my house was beautiful and showed well and priced right and the right buyer would come. Always kept the faith. Christine was extremely helpful as I was getting my condo ready to put up for sale. She not only helped me stage my place, and provided some extra items to do so, she and her husband also helped me move a number of boxes and some furniture to a storage unit using his truck.
